Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, please contact me with 24 hours of the appointment time. Time stamp on call , text , or email will be the determining factor. There is a $20 non-negotiable cancellation fee, to cover scheduling changes, and inconvenience. All other payment will happily be refunded within 24hrs. To reschedule, please contact me within 12 hours of the appointment time. No penalties or fees will be charged, and the $20 cancelleation fee will only apply - if the rescheduled appointment is subsequently cancelled.
